We are happy to announce that our paper entitled “System Design for a Data-Driven and Explainable Customer Sentiment Monitor Using IoT and Enterprise Data” is now published on IEEE Access. This publication is a result of a great collaboration between our MaD Lab at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and Siemens Healthineers.
