Certificated Design Thinker @MaD Lab
On March, 07th Markus and Philipp participated in a certificated Design Thinking workshop at “JOSEPHS – The open innovation lab” in Nuremberg.
Together with other colleagues of the Digital Tech Academy and the Zollhof Tech Incubator, they got valuable insights in Design Thinking and Service Design tools. Everybody got an understanding for their “First Aid” challenge, went out on the street for interviews, developed personas and continued with an ideation phase. At the end of the day a first prototype could be tested with potential users. A great thanks to the team at JOSEPHS for hosting and many helpful hints and tricks for upcoming projects at the MaD Lab.
