Work Shadowing Tel Aviv

Felix and Martin spent a few days of work shadowing with Jeffrey Hausdorff in Tel Aviv via the Erasmus-Staff-Training-Week program [1]. Prof. Hausdorff is a professor at Tel-Aviv University and the director of the Center for the Study of Movement Cognition and Mobility (CMCM) at the Tel-Aviv Sourasky Medical Center [2]. During the visit, Felix and Martin met the researchers of the CMCM to discuss about current algorithmic approaches for applications in sensor-based gait and movement analysis. They also got to know the local research facilities with a cutting-edge technology movement laboratory and VR equipped treadmills. And of course, they took the opportunity to be a test subject!
