Our New MaD-Man – Philipp Schlieper

Coming from Medical Engineering by education, Philipp already put a focus on data and signal processing during his Bachelor and Master studies. After placing his master thesis project at the MaD Lab in cooperation with the adidas AG in Portland, US he decided to continue his time at the Friedrich Alexander University (FAU) to dive further into the scientific world.

In his function as a researcher and in collaboration with the Schaeffler AG, his project scope lies in utilizing the latest developments in the machine learning field to discover new applications of deep learning for signal analysis.
