New Paper: “Vagus activation by Cold Face Test reduces acute psychosocial stress responses”

Are you feeling stressed? Then simply cool your face!
In our latest study, just published in Nature Scientific Reports, we demonstrated that facial cooling stimulates vagal activity, leading to significantly lower biological responses to acute stress!
This work results from an excellent, interdisciplinary cooperation between the Machine Learning and Data Analytics Lab and the Chair of Health Psychology of FAU.
