https://pages.elektrika-inc.com/GPD/features

Electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) is a psychiatric treatment in which seizures are electrically induced in patients to provide relief from severe mental disorders, such as severe depression, treatment-resistant depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia.
To improve the current treatment regime, it is crucial to collect relevant data. Improving the data acquisition pipeline is a very important step to improving the effectiveness of the current treatment regimen.

Details

  •  You will improve the existing software for data acquisition pipeline.

Tasks

  • Understand the current data acquisition process and identify areas for improvement
  • Write a specification file that is then reviewed by the doctor
  • Improve the current data acquisition pipeline by updating the code. The current repository is available here: https://github.com/elektrika-inc/GPD-wiki/wiki#download-and-installation. You are also welcome to start from scratch if necessary.
