Biofeedback is a process that enables an individual to understand and control their physiological activity to enhance both health and performance. This project aims to investigate the feasibility of automatic and manual biofeedback for reducing depressive mood and suggests that this training could be a useful tool for individuals with depressive disorder. We are collecting data from individuals during reappraisal training. The data will be analyzed to evaluate the effectiveness of biofeedback and compare the efficacy of manual versus automatic conditions.
