ID 2354: Algorithm Implementation in Python

Human Gait Analysis using IMUs has been an established field of research for over a decade now. However, common computational tools are missing.
As part of the EU-Project Mobilise-D we are building an easy to use Python library implementing the best available algorithms for hip-worn IMUs.
For this we are looking for a motivated student that can support the algorithm implementation and general software development.

Details

  • Flexible working hours up to 9h/week and 6 months.
  • Remote or hybrid work.
  • Starting as soon as possible.

Tasks

  • Implementation of existing gait analysis algorithms into common framework.
  • Support an international team of algorithm developers.

Requirements

  • Experience with building large applications and libraries in Python
